Orders are dispatched the next business day (unless stated otherwise) via Express Post International and are estimated to be delivered within 3 - 5 business days, depending on the country and region. All parcels are trackable (including email & SMS notifications), require a signature on delivery and are covered by insurance. Should your parcel not arrive within 14 days from the shipment date, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Please note that we must lawfully declare all international orders at their purchase value and mark as merchandise, even when the intent is for a gift.
Please familiarise yourself with your local customs and import laws prior to completing your purchase. The responsibility for payment of any import duties or other taxes lies with the customer.
We strongly advise you to use an address where you are available during business hours to receive and sign for your parcel. If no one is available, your parcel will be carded to the nearest Postal outlet for collection.
We will not be held liable for missing parcels, where an authority to leave/safe drop has been arranged by the customer.
As our dispatch process is somewhat automated, please ensure that you provide a complete delivery address at the time of placing your order, including (where applicable) company name and unit/suite/floor number, as insufficiently addressed parcels may not be delivered.
There are a number of opportunities during the checkout process, for you to confirm that you have provided us with correct shipping information. If you do notice incorrect details in your order confirmation email, please contact us immediately, so that we may try to change your information before it is dispatched. Please be aware that this may not always be possible.
We regret that we are unable to alter a shipping address once your order has been dispatched. If you have provided incorrect or incomplete shipping details and the parcel is returned to us, extra shipping costs will be incurred to re-send your order.
Please note that we do not ship parcels on weekends or Australian public holidays.
UNCLAIMED RETURNED PARCELS
In the event that your parcel is returned to us, we will make every effort possible to rectify the situation. This is where accurate contact details are important. If, after these attempts, it remains unclaimed, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus a AUD$10 re-stocking/admin fee.
